Doors

Industrial & commercial doors
Sagiant Piping Industries supplies four engineered door categories — fire-rated metal doors, cleanroom doors, shaft (service-riser access) doors and vision-panel doors — for healthcare, cleanroom, commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects. Select a category below for its specifications and RFQ details.
These categories overlap: a vision panel is a feature that can appear in a fire-rated or cleanroom door, so the four types are not mutually exclusive and not all combinations are available — confirm the required combination against the specific model. Fire, smoke, acoustic and leakage performance applies only to the complete tested or assessed doorset (leaf, frame, seals, hardware and glazing together), not to individual components, and Indian, European and US test systems are not automatically interchangeable.
Compare the door categories
| Door category | Key selection question | What to confirm on the product page |
|---|---|---|
| Fire-rated metal doors | Which tested assembly suits the opening and the project’s fire requirement? | Rating / classification and standard, approved dimensions, wall construction, hardware, glazing and installation limits |
| Cleanroom doors | Which construction supports the room’s cleaning and pressure-control needs? | Surface / core / seals, measured leakage evidence, cleaning compatibility, interlocks and operating limits |
| Shaft doors | Is this a service-riser access door or a lift-related product? | Intended use, opening orientation, wall compatibility, access hardware and applicable rating |
| Vision-panel doors | Which glazing assembly gives the required visibility and performance? | Glass identity, aperture limits, impact performance (EN 12600), beads / seals and fire evidence where claimed |
How to specify a door
A door size is described at several points, and a clear RFQ states which one is meant:
Share these with the wall type and thickness, handing, leaf arrangement, required fire or smoke performance, glazing, hardware or access control and finish so the correct model can be confirmed. Request the relevant model datasheet and available certification summary with your enquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which door types does Sagiant Piping Industries supply?
Four engineered door categories — fire-rated metal doors, cleanroom doors, shaft (service-riser access) doors and vision-panel doors. Each has its own specification and RFQ page.
Can one door combine a fire rating, a vision panel and cleanroom construction?
These features can overlap, but each combination must be confirmed against a specific tested or assessed model. Not every combination is available, and a feature carried by one type does not automatically bring its performance to another.
How are fire and smoke ratings established?
Only by testing the complete doorset — leaf, frame, seals, hardware, glazing and installation condition — to the specified standard. A component rating or material certificate does not prove assembly performance, and BS, EN and UL test systems are not interchangeable.
What information is needed to quote a door?
Door type or model, quantity, opening sizes, wall type and thickness, handing, leaf arrangement, required fire or smoke performance, glazing, hardware or access control, finish, project location and drawings.
Do you provide drawings and certification documents?
Model datasheets, GA drawings and available test or classification summaries can be shared with the enquiry, confirmed against the specific model offered.
Need doors for your project?
Send your door schedule — door type or model, quantity, opening sizes, wall type and thickness, handing, leaf arrangement, required fire or smoke performance, glazing, hardware and finish, with drawings where available — and our team responds with a technical quotation and documentation scope.
