How it is made
Seamless pipe is produced by piercing and hot rolling (Mannesmann) or extrusion, then cold drawing where required; welded pipe is formed from strip or plate and welded by high-frequency resistance (ERW), electric fusion / submerged arc (EFW, LSAW, SSAW) or laser. Carbon and alloy pipe is supplied as-rolled, normalised or normalised & tempered; austenitic stainless is solution annealed and pickled; duplex is solution annealed and quenched. Welded grades are non-destructively examined along the seam per the product standard; schedule does not by itself define a pressure rating — the actual wall follows the B36.10M / B36.19M table.

Frequently asked questions
Seamless or welded?
Seamless has no weld line and suits high-pressure and critical service; welded (ERW/EFW/LSAW/SSAW) is economical and available in larger diameters, chosen by size, pressure and specification.
What schedules do you supply?
From Sch 5S to XXS and custom walls; the actual wall follows the ASME B36.10M / B36.19M table for the NPS, and schedule alone does not define a pressure rating.
Which grades are available?
Carbon (A106/API 5L), alloy (A335), stainless (A312), duplex (A790) and nickel alloys, with grade, wall and availability confirmed per order.
