Basic Description

Sagiant Piping Industries manufactures modular cleanroom wall and ceiling panels for pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics and food facilities — flush, progressive and modular partition panels with PUF/PIR, EPS, rockwool, honeycomb or paper-honeycomb cores and pre-coated GI or stainless 304/316 skins. Panels are 50–100 mm thick with coved corners and flush-glazing details, built to ISO 14644 and EU/cGMP practice with fire-rated, hygienic and walkable-ceiling options.

Frequently Asked Questions

What core options are available for cleanroom panels?

PUF/PIR, EPS, rockwool, honeycomb and paper-honeycomb cores — rockwool and PIR are used where fire rating is required, honeycomb for walkable ceilings.

What thicknesses do you offer?

50, 60, 80 and 100 mm panels with flush, progressive or modular jointing systems.

Are the panels fire-rated?

Yes — rockwool- and PIR-cored partitions are tested to EN 13501 / EN 1364 / BS 476 for the specified fire rating.

What skin materials are used?

Pre-coated GI (PCGI) in any RAL shade or stainless steel 304/316 with a No.4 finish for high-grade GMP areas.

Do you provide coving and ceiling systems?

Yes — aluminium/GI coved skirtings and corners plus walkable and non-walkable ceiling panels complete the modular system.

Scope of Work

The cleanroom panels scope can include project review, fabrication support, dimensional coordination, inspection documentation and dispatch support for industrial installations.
