Boilers Services for Industrial Projects
Basic Description
Sagiant Piping Industries manufactures and fabricates boilers and boiler components — fire-tube, water-tube, package, waste-heat and thermic-fluid heaters — to ASME Sec I and IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) using A516, A387 plate and A179/A192/A210 tubes, with full hydrotest, NDE and statutory documentation.
Boilers & Boiler Components
Steam and thermic-fluid generation built to statutory code — we fabricate boiler shells, drums, tube bundles, economizers, superheaters and pressure parts with IBR / ASME compliance and qualified welding.

Frequently Asked Questions
IBR vs ASME — which applies?
IBR is statutory for boilers in India; ASME Sec I governs power boilers internationally. We build to either as required.
Fire-tube or water-tube?
Fire-tube package boilers suit moderate pressure/capacity; water-tube for high pressure and large capacity.
Do you supply IBR documentation?
Yes — IBR forms, approved drawings, welder qualifications and statutory inspection support.
Can you retube existing boilers?
Yes — we supply and fit replacement tube bundles and pressure parts to code.
