Technical coordination for laser cutting & fabrication

Sagiant Piping Industries offers CNC fiber-laser cutting and downstream fabrication — bending, welding, machining and finishing — in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, GI, CRCA, brass and copper, cutting up to ~25 mm with ±0.1 mm accuracy from your DXF/DWG/STEP files.

High-power fiber lasers deliver clean, burr-free, repeatable parts with minimal heat-affected zone — for components, decorative screens, grilles, brackets and full project packages — with nesting optimized for material yield.

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate is laser cutting?

Typically ±0.1 mm positional accuracy with excellent batch repeatability.

What thickness range can you cut?

From 0.5 mm sheet up to ~25 mm mild steel plate, material dependent.

Do you offer downstream fabrication?

Yes — bending, welding, machining and finishing follow cutting in-house.

What turnaround can I expect?

Prototypes often within a few days; production lead time depends on volume and finishing.
