Technical coordination for hvac & air distribution

Sagiant Piping Industries supplies and fabricates HVAC and air-distribution products — supply and return diffusers, grilles, louvers, volume control dampers, fire and smoke dampers, and integrated air-terminal products — to the applicable AMCA, SMACNA and ASHRAE test methods, for industrial, cleanroom, commercial and infrastructure projects. Product scope is confirmed per enquiry; items such as fans, filters, HEPA housings, VAV terminals and silencers are supplied only where specifically offered, and stainless construction alone does not establish cleanroom suitability.

Products are built in project-specific sizes and finishes from extruded aluminium, aluminium sheet, galvanized steel (GI), CRCA or stainless steel, within each model’s verified configuration limits; airflow, throw, pressure drop and noise (NC) depend on the size, blade setting and mounting confirmed for the duct design. We coordinate from BOQ and shop drawing through fabrication, inspection and dispatch-ready documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which materials do you offer for HVAC terminals?

Extruded aluminium 6063, aluminium sheet (1100 / 3003), galvanized steel to ASTM A653/A653M with a stated Z-coating designation, CRCA and stainless 304/316 — selected for the environment and finish required.

Are your fire and smoke dampers certified?

Certification applies to a specific listed model, size range, actuator and installation orientation — not to the category as a whole. For a fire or smoke damper, confirm the manufacturer, model, listing or report reference, classification and tested limits for the selected item. A balancing (volume-control) damper is not a fire or smoke damper, and the UL 555/555S and EN 1366-2/-10 routes are not interchangeable.

Can you make project-specific sizes?

Products are fabricated to your duct and opening sizes within each model's verified or tested configuration limits. Custom geometry is reviewed first, because it can change airflow, throw, pressure loss, acoustic performance and the validity of any certification.

Is the performance data AMCA-certified?

Performance is referenced to the applicable test methods — for example AMCA 500-D for dampers, AMCA 500-L for louvers and ASHRAE 70 for air outlets. Each figure should state whether it is tested, calculated or AMCA-certified (AMCA 511 is a certified-ratings programme, not a blanket test), so confirm the rating basis and scope for the selected model.

What documentation is provided?

Material certificates, finish details, performance data with its stated basis and inspection records per the project QAP, plus fire or smoke damper listings or reports where applicable.

Send your HVAC & Air Distribution requirement for technical review

Share product type/model, quantity, opening or neck sizes, airflow and direction, pressure-loss allowance, acoustic (NC) requirement, material and finish, installation location, actuator or control needs, the applicable certification route and drawings. Fire and smoke selections also need the supporting duct/wall construction, orientation and project fire strategy. The team will review the scope and respond with the next technical and commercial steps.
